First Week!

Hello! Happy to have found this forum, as I just finished my first week of ESE. Wish I would have known about this years ago. I found that once I pre-planned what I ate on fast days, and made sure I worked a full day that day, it was not as hard as I had anticipated. I also noticed that I didn't eat as much on non-fast days. Hope it continues that way. I got sick in the middle of the week due to the yearly flu I get from all my co-workers, so that kind of helped because I rested a lot on my day off and food was the last thing on my mind. Total lost first week: 4 lbs. Very impressed that there were no other consequences to speak of except a slight headache on fast days.
