First Week!
28 Nov 2016, 16:20
Hello! Happy to have found this forum, as I just finished my first week of ESE. Wish I would have known about this years ago. I found that once I pre-planned what I ate on fast days, and made sure I worked a full day that day, it was not as hard as I had anticipated. I also noticed that I didn't eat as much on non-fast days. Hope it continues that way. I got sick in the middle of the week due to the yearly flu I get from all my co-workers, so that kind of helped because I rested a lot on my day off and food was the last thing on my mind. Total lost first week: 4 lbs. Very impressed that there were no other consequences to speak of except a slight headache on fast days.

Welcome @willynilly

Sounds like you are off to a good start! Do join the "Fasting today" discussion threads on your fast days - it is nice to have company from other fasters on those days. And do have a good look around the forum and the rest of the site - lots of information to be gleaned. Although the forum is a bit quiet at the moment, I hope you still find the site useful.

Good luck and best wishes :clover:
