hi all

I've just come accross this site...
I've started my diet in January (New Year's resolutions etc)and have lost 3kg since but somehow it doesn't show

a bit dissapointed..

Losing 3kg (over 6.5lbs) in just a few weeks is really good, you shouldn't feel disappointed with that. Well done!

I don't know how much you've got to lose, but if you have quite a lot to lose then it may not notice until you've lost a bit more.

Do you feel any better for having done this? Are your clothes feeling any looser?

hi everyone
been on this plan a couple of weeks now and have lost 6lbs (tho i had overeaten since xmas!) not expecting weight loss to show yet but my tummy definitely looks better
looking forward to trying different recipes and reading your news
