I banished my scales to the garage about 3 weeks ago when they were behaving very badly and I was becoming depressed I'm not weighing again until good Fri for the Easter challenge which no way am I going to meet, and as my week starts on a Fri I've yet another new plan for this week back to 4:3 for me.
