Thanks for so many responses. For the moment I am "leaving her alone"

She is not by any means obese. At a guess, maybe 15kg over what she should be.

I think ill keep going and show her amazing results.

That makes me think of another thread idea to post one day. But i think i post too much on this forum :-) I do get obsessive.

Tell her about me.

My first week I lost nothing.

My second week I was down 8 ounces.

My third week I was down 2 lbs.

Just finished my 7th week, and am down 8 lbs.

If she is really eating her TDEE or less on feasting days, and 500 cal. or less on fasting days, she almost has to lose weight absent hormonal issues.

She needs to believe it works, and give the diet enough time (a chance)! It does work!

hormonal issues.. how does that influence things for 5:2ers .. sorry i should know probably at my age!
