Hi drbin
Well the good thing is you've spotted the weight going back up & want to do something about it.
When are you wanting to be more strict - is it with your fast days or your normal days (I can't call them feast days, too tempting lol!)

What's the plan for today then - calorie free drinks until the evening meal ?

3 kg in 2 weeks! That's fantastic! Your weight will fluctuate depending on TOTM, salt intake, exercise, amount of food still in transit any number of reasons! No need to panic just yet, especially if you are doing everything you should be doing ie: up to 500 cal for 2 days a week and no more than TDEE for 5 days a week. I log my weight daily in the Libra app (android) trueweight is avail for i phones) and just watch the trend going down.

Remember to measure too- the scales can be a bit cruel sometimes but the measuring tape is your friend ;)
