Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I moved your post to its own thread as I think you'll get more replies that way!
Hi drbin
Well the good thing is you've spotted the weight going back up & want to do something about it.
When are you wanting to be more strict - is it with your fast days or your normal days (I can't call them feast days, too tempting lol!)
What's the plan for today then - calorie free drinks until the evening meal ?
3 kg in 2 weeks! That's fantastic! Your weight will fluctuate depending on TOTM, salt intake, exercise, amount of food still in transit any number of reasons! No need to panic just yet, especially if you are doing everything you should be doing ie: up to 500 cal for 2 days a week and no more than TDEE for 5 days a week. I log my weight daily in the Libra app (android) trueweight is avail for i phones) and just watch the trend going down.
Dear friends....I was better seeing all your replies,, but happy today that i have reduced around 500 gms today.. today being a normal day..I am trying to control and eat,, but i have a party coming up this eve.But I have decided to keep my intake within my TDEE.Cheers!!!!
Remember to measure too- the scales can be a bit cruel sometimes but the measuring tape is your friend ;)
yes Janeg....you are right...i keep a measuring tape in my clinic and daily measure.i have reduced 7cms now....
