"Shredded".... is that like desiccated do you think? Er... now I've looked it up, probably not as desiccated is dried out, so I'm guessing the oily part is removed. Where would we find shredded coconut then... any ideas?

The poster says they got theirs from a health food shop although I'm sure amazon would sell it, they seem to sell everything these days lol
