I'm about halfway to my goal weight of 9 stone 12lbs that should get me into the healthy weight BMI range of 23-24. I'm certain we are all going to get there now we have found this WOE even those who like me are taking the slower "scenic route"

I would say that anyone who hadn't seen you for a year, would probably walk past you in the street as you look so different.
