8 pounds over last 3 weeks with 6 pounds to lose over the next 3 weeks...
It must be doable!

Weigh in day and ive lost 2 pounds over the last fortnight.
Its not great but it is a loss.

My fast days are perfect.
I still need to work on my feed days..

With valentines a week away my target for this coming week is a 4 pound loss!

Wish my luck..

I am trying 4:3 this week - Wish me luck!

I nearly hit my target for the Valentines challenge.
Is there another challenge I can join to keep me focused?

Weigh in today and I have been quietly confident..
I feel thinner and lighter!

I stepped onto the scales and it showed a 4lb loss!
So I though to double check..
I stepped off and on again and then it showed no loss!?
I stepped off and on again and it showed a 7lb gain!

At lunch time I am going to buy new scales..

Hey @RobMorris There's a pair flying out of my window because after 4:3 including 2 meat free fasts I jumped on with that " thinner" feeling = 150 grams gain!!!

I can recommend to weight the old Dutch way, a bit cumbersome, but very reliable :like:
