Weigh in day and ive lost 2 pounds over the last fortnight.
Its not great but it is a loss.
My fast days are perfect.
I still need to work on my feed days..
With valentines a week away my target for this coming week is a 4 pound loss!

Weigh in today and I have been quietly confident..
I feel thinner and lighter!
I stepped onto the scales and it showed a 4lb loss!
So I though to double check..
I stepped off and on again and then it showed no loss!?

At lunch time I am going to buy new scales..

Hey @RobMorris There's a pair flying out of my window because after 4:3 including 2 meat free fasts I jumped on with that " thinner" feeling = 150 grams gain!!!
