help, I got the munchies!

Hi folks,
Im looking for ideas on how to stop myself eating through the kitchen today!
This is my first week. I have my 2 fasts and three runs done. Now I feel like I should "reward" myself. I know I emotionally eat. That's what got me here. But I need help to put the breaks on!
Ive had a good breakfast. An hour later I was at the toaster. 30 mins later I was dipping into yesterday's baking. I have been reading the inspirational success stories here, hoping it would help. Then keeping myself busy, but all the time thinking about having a blow out. I have been so good all week, tracking every bite and keeping below my tdee while doing excercise. Im afraid I will undo everything today.
I cant just head off for a walk as I have 3 young kids and a puppy - its a military operation to get out the door. Hubby having his weekend lie in, so we will do something later. But in the meantime.......bickies, chocolate, toast with cheese....mmmmmmm...help!
