25.9. Non-fast day
I had 5-6 hours long, stressful exam, so I didn't really cared about calories.

Oatmeal porridge with honey and cocoa
Half a bar of dark chocolate with almonds, small marzipan bar and two peanuts mochi cakes in the breaks between the exam blocks
As a reward, we went to our favourite restaurants and shared entrees, main dishes and desserts. So I had a half of:
a scottish egg, fried pork skin with spicy avocado dip, chilli with baked potato, warm ham with bubble & squeek, sweet millefoie pastry and apple sauce with cream
Flat white
Small vegan sweet chickpea ball
Duck leg with orange sauce, veggie salad with greek yoghurt

Weightlifting training - I was very tired but I finished it.

I can only guess the cals, I think it could be 3000-3500 cals. With my almost non-eating on fast days, I should be within a weekly average of 1700 cals.

27.9. Non-fast day
We visited our family relatives in a village, I haven't seen them for year.
They cook traditional dishes, so it turned to the calorie-heavy day, but so worth it (you Americans, Aussies and Brits cannot imagine the ultimate goodness of leavened cakes, dumplings, bread and goulash!). I had also apples, plums and walnuts directly from the trees.
I can only guess the calories and to be on the safe side, I will count 4000 and I will balance them with the rest of the week.
