Good morning @Gillymary how lovely to read about how things have worked out so well for you such a feeling of satisfaction. Like you, I never gave up eating butter, certainly not in favour of eating plastic as I call all those awful spreads, but I did us e less of it but not now. Vegetables get slathered in it and I also upped by intake of double cream hence my lovely coffee with it so, enjoy your creamy coffee as well

Yes @Ballerina I never liked the taste understood margarine was grey then dyed yellow that was enough for me as well I just thought of all those healthy old farmers who lived a great age and just instinctively knew which direction to take. Am not slathering but it's in the fridge and is used. By the way the coffee was lovely with the cream beats having the coconut oil slick.
