Wow, Pia, just looked at your progress tracker, what an amazing amount of weight you've lost, you must be so thrilled!
Thanks for this question, Julianna. I'm expecting to carry on losing slowly, hoping to reach my original target by next summer (August!), although I've felt confident enough recently to adjust my target down a notch to 10 st 4, which is a weight I don't think I've been at since I was a teenager and even then I only managed it through eating nothing but cottage cheese and ryvita! Needless to say I didn't stay at that weight for long!
I wouldn't have guessed when I started this in May that I'd have lost a stone by now. I'm definitely committed to it and a big part of it for me is the fun and cameraderie of this forum, so huge thanks to @Moogie for setting it up and to everyone for being so supportive and such fun.
@wildmissus love your story about the chocs. I had a similar experience recently when I bought a small pack of choc digestives to enjoy with my OH one evening as a treat, put them in the tin and then genuinely forgot about them!
@wmr309 all the best with supporting your OH, I've been doing this together with mine and it's made it so much more achievable and fun. No doubt you'll both have great success.
