Hey Peeps,
Just noticed by chance on my tracker home page it says Ive been on 5:2 for 100 weeks. That seems like a long time.
A promoter of daily weighting, 4:3 intermittent fasting and minimising sugar in your diet... love love love the first 100 weeks and looking forward to the next 100.
2.5 kg down and 1 or 2 kg to go to Maintenance nirvana.

Congratulations on integrating this so well into your life. I look forward to seeing you set up residence in the maintainers' tent when the time is right for you.

Definitely hooked.. i guess there was a period late year when the eye was off the scales for too long so have since gone back to daily weighing as part of my March equinox challenge. If i ever see 73 point anything i know i have been over indulgent and reign back on goodies. what do we call this "danger point" is there a name? a reading on the scale that makes us think about our behaviour.

I think of it as my PFT or "pause for thought" point. If it's understandable in context of what else I've been doing, then I take action accordingly - or it might be that the context indicates that I shouldn't do anything different and wait out the water fluctuation/swelling/DOMS/whatever.
