I think I'm the first to show up, and specially wish a good day to all fasters. Its going to be a lovely day again here. As ever I will be keeping busy and finish one task at a time ( =being mindful) sipping lots of water and herbal teas perhaps some bouillon at lunch time. Prawn stir fry tonight.
