I am fasting today. This morning my weight was no longer stuck: I was 62 kg exactly  Again, complaining here about my stuck weight made it unstuck

Hi, I'm here with you, just felt right this morning, so have stuck to fluids (coffee, cup soup) today. Will try to be restrained tonight as I find the evenings harder than the day.

Good luck to anyone joining us.

Not joining you but cheering you on!

I returned from my holiday having gained 7 pounds and am still carrying that around but almost ready to get back to the fasting. I have always said that your head has to be in the right place for fasting and mine is getting there but not just yet! It will happen soon, I promise.

In the meantime, good luck to everyone fasting and 'Well done' to @Egduf and @Margotsylvia for keeping going. :victory:

I love the irony in that comment.

Just a passing thought, but have you ever considered getting a whole body DEXA scan? In 30 minutes they reveal an accurate measure of bone mass, fat mass and lean muscle mass as a percentage of total weight. From these its possible to quickly identify (and subsequently refine) what one's ideal weight could be as referenced to established gender-specific standards.

I am currently in the middle of this type of experiment - applying my DEXA numbers with running to see if an idealized lighter weight results in better performance.
