That is very inspiring, Azurblue. Where did you read that older women can have a higher BMI? And how old is that? I reckon you should go on fasting as long as it feels right to you, and never mind about the weight loss. You have been on the woe a lot longer than I have and I really hope I can do as we'll as you.
Hi and thanks! I can't remember where the BMI thing was now, inter web somewhere, but it related to post-menopausal women.
I certainly feel much brighter and generally better so best to carry on, and I enjoy the food rest day now.

Now in theory I have another stone to lose to be 'super svelte', and I shall of course carry on fasting, though reading that older ladies should be in the 25-27 BMI range for good health has rather confused the situation.
Should It stay or should it go?
Embracing 16:8 by eating between 11am - 7pm.
Keeping carbs down low, my daily protein aim is 80g and mindfully enjoying the good fats of organic extra virgin olive oil and organic butter.
