I found it hard around dinner time when my family was eating but managed to distract myself with a long bubble bath and pamper session. It will be interesting to see how I feel in the morning.

Just to make sure I did three readings and they all came out the same so I'm pretty chuffed with that! There is still quite a way to go with my body fat reduction but finally it's heading in the right direction.
I know that I'm in this for the long haul, I really dont want it to turn in to some weight loss obsessional fad so I'm not overly worried about my results so far. I'm thinking that I might have to do something slightly more intense to kick start my body in to my way of thinking so I'm considering a fluid only fast today. I'm half way through the day already, have been out for my run this morning and so far apart from one coffee and plenty of water I havent had anything since 9pm last night. So 18 hours on liquids without really trying so far. I'm off to look on the boards for what sort of timescales are suitable for a first liquid fast. It may not be something I want to repeat after but I think it would be foolish not to at least try it once.
Please feel free to leave comments, suggestions or links to articles with the benifits of liquid only fasting. I am also interested in information regarding sugar and artificial sweetners, I starte reading a thread about sugar late last night and can't find it again today
I will report back with how It goes or doesnt.
