Maintenance Mundanities
I'm in maintenance but still whittling down my body fat levels in order to achieve a reasonable body composition. I have very low muscle mass so, although I have a low scale weight and look slender, I have an unwelcome kinship with streaky bacon, except that the bacon has a more favourable fat:lean ratio.

Lean Body Mass Detail
Lean mass includes all parts of the body (organs, muscle, and fluids) but excludes body fat.
The higher the Tissue %Lean, the more muscular the body. [NB, I don't agree with this, it's just a number, it shouldn't be used as a proxy for muscle quality, it only indicates quantity.]
Total Weight: 47.4kg/104lbs (me, in the afternoon, with clothes)
Lean Weight: 36.3kg/80lbs
Tissue %Lean: 76.7%
Lean Mass Balance
Lean mass balance is a comparison of your body's right to left lean mass symmetry. A lean mass difference close to zero indicates a balance of muscle. [NB, again, I don't wholly agree with this, you're about to see a lean mass difference in my trunk that reflects the deviation of my spine that is related to the scoliosis.]
Region Lean Mass Right Lean Mass Left Lean Mass Difference
Arms: 1.719kg/3.9lbs 1.647kg/3.6lbs 73g/0.16lb (<3ounces)
Trunk: 8.586kg/18.9lbs 9.604kg/21.1lbs -1.02kg/2.3lbs
Legs: 5.752kg/12.6lbs 5.828kg/12.8lbs -76g/0.16lb (<3ounces)
Total Body: 18.336kg/40.3lbs 17.972kg/39.5lbs 365g/0.8lb (<13ounces)
Ironically, I'm more symmetrical this year than I was last year. The musculoskeletal/joint problems that I now have on my right side (dominant) mean that they're weaker/smaller and are now a better match to my left side (previously the one which is more problematic).
tbh, the body fat detail and the distribution of the muscle is more interesting but I'll post that at a later date now that I've figured out some reasonable way to format this.
Maintenance IF 4:3
Dexa scan reports that I have low skeletal muscle mass and I'm categorised as sarcopenic, despite my age and fitness activities: body composition changed from 42% body fat at 127lbs to 20% at 103lbs.
