Things generally going well. A couple of nights ago I did not eat anything after dinner, felt no need. Kept busy with knitting. Had a normal days meals. The steamed veg with peanuts and cheese seemed to be very satisfying as the evening meal.
Yesterday I ate out for lunch, had really nice quinoa and kale burgers with small side salad, very filling. Had the same dinner as the night before, but this time did have some extra nuts, dried fruit, cottage cheese and small piece of choccie. Okay with this.
Today I fasted until mid afternoon, but then allowed myself to eat as per hunger. Fine with that.
I do feel like I may have lost some weight, but that is not my primary goal. If I can eat according to my hunger, with only the occasional indulgence, then that will be wonderful! I will still use fasting as an antidote to major overindulgences, when they occur, but generally don't want to do fast days as such, though will generally not eat until hungry, so have brekkie quite late (potentially).
