8 Weeks and 16 lbs Down

Which leads me to believe that I should also be using the measuring tape more often. I've heard stories of many others who find that one stalls while the other drops. I don't want to give up weighing. It's an amazing reminder every morning to renew my focus and efforts, no matter what it actually does.
I confess, these past few weeks have been difficult for me. My monthly hormone cycle re-started my overeating habit, but thankfully I got back on track before I could do real damage. Onwards and downwards!
Lessons learned these past 2 weeks:
-If you fall off get right back on... like, right now!
-I can see the effects of my eating 2 days later (which is why my weight was low saturday and sunday morning -- after fasting thursday and friday --but higher this morning -- after eating TDEE sat and sun).
-Which begs the question whether I should permanently move my weekly progress weigh-in (currently on mondays) to sunday instead, so I can see the lower numbers? Or is this just artificially deflating the numbers???
5:2 Starting Point (8/21/2017): 173.8 lbs

Full Goal: 136.0 lbs
