le sigh

by Tracieknits on 14 Mar 2013, 15:03

Well so much for not having gained any weight -- I actually am up two pounds from last week. BUT, knowing my thyroid levels on my blood work were too low last week makes me feel much better. And on the bright side, I'm wearing a t-shirt that is from the regular ladies' department in Target, not the fat ladies' department! So that makes me feel good. Three weeks ago, it was obscenely tight. So there's a chance this 2 pounds is some sort of water or something and not a real gain.

Yes, I am the QUEEN of denial!

Battling a naughty thyroid.

Lost 73 lbs and almost 12 points of BMI - so far

Isn't it odd where your body decides to take the fat from? Just wish it would melt off my tum! Keep at it, you're doing great.

Congrats on the t-shirt size, wonderful feeling. I am sure the weight trouble will sort itself out.
