Naughty weekend!

Monday 15th April (3rd fast day)
Today I woke up determined to put the weekend behind me. I had a fruit corner yogurt (175 calories) and a pint of water. I'm a teacher so next time I thought about food was break time at 11. Had another glass of water and didn't feel hungry which I was pleased about because I normally have a cup of tea and 2 biscuits at this time every day. Go me! At lunch I kept busy and didn't have anything also, still not feeling hungry. I had a cup of tea as soon as school finished, with very little milk and started to feel hungry at this point. Managed not to eat until 7pm when I had a small bit of chicken curry from last night, instead of the tin of soup I'd planned to have. That definitely won't be over 325 calories if you'd seen the amount I had and I didn't have any rice. Brushed my teeth fifteen minutes later to stop myself being tempted to eat anything else! We'll step on the scales tomorrow (fiancee and I and see the real results of our third fast).
