1 month with 5:2

I am not that overweight, but I do know I have those 5kg more that I wanted to eliminate, so once again I tried to follow a guided regime for my eating and here I am after a month.
The diet itself is very good and gives a very practical approach to it and it is easy to follow. I experimented with my fast days and after my 10th fast I had yesterday I arrived to the conclusion that I can wait till dinner to consume all my calories and have therefore a proper meal, instead of dividing it in 2/3 meals.
Last night I had 75g of pasta with tomatoe sauce (30g) and parmesan (5g) plus simmenthal (140g), that is very light meat in the tin plus some light cheese (125g). Counting the calories I was even a bit short of the 600cals.
I like to weigh myself everyday and use the weekly weigh on Saturday morning as a comparison point to see the trend and it has been a steady downward line and today after a month I can say I have lost 3.2kg that is 700g per week, just a bit over the average of most people here on the forum.
Last week I experienced for the first time a bit of yo-yo weightwise and I can't really point to any reason in particular. Maybe the heavy training, a bit of overeating or just natural adaptation of the body. So if I had a jump forward of more than 2kg, today I went back of 1.4kg. Of course yesterday was fast day and I had another run of 10.5km so that explains it a bit, but overall at the end of the day the important thing is to see the weight going down little by little. I have another bit of way to go, but I have a bit more than a month before 26th of May so I am confident to reach my goal by then.
Well that's all folks.
Have a good fast and non fasting day to all.
Ciao,
J
