I tend to weigh most days, when I remember, for me it helps to make the numbers sort of meaningless since I don't really remember what yesterday's was. I do post them though. On MyFitnessPal I post the ones after a fast day in a different place than the ones after a non-fast day. They are both trending downward, so that is good.
