Third times the charm

Burned about 350 calories so far in a short run. My office is having air conditioning issues -- so I expect to spend this morning in 80ºF office weather.
I'm a bit heavier in my breakfast intake than I should...
Having a small sandwich for lunch.
I'm taking pumpkin seeds as a way to manage reduced food-stream. I believe the high levels of magnesium in the pumpkin seeds will assist my cells to metabolize nutrients.
Using Metamucil fiber to round out each meal. I feel more full and less hungry, as a result.
