Wow! The response to the FastStart program launch has been really great and I'm so relieved that the majority seem to understand that some people need this sort of structured program to get started. It's not a 6 week quick fix, fad diet. This is a way to really teach people how to fit fasting into their lives. There are so many things we can learn online for free - languages, art techniques, science... but sometimes what we really need is to attend a class and learn that way. This is what FastStart is here for - to give new fasters a solid basis from which to continue on their own.

We have had a few drop outs, and as a result there are 4 places left on the program starting this weekend. If you are relatively new to fasting and would like to come and join us, click on the link below. It will be first come first served!
