Oh, when I first started this WOE I had such good intentions for my non-fast days - healthy foods, lots of veggies, fruits and less sugar.

Well.

In reality I eat cupcakes, chocolate and sweets galore on my non-fast days. And the scale keep heading downwards. Every week I am surprised since I eat so much 5 days a week! How can this possibly be a diet?!

Love it :-)
Yummy, having had paleo banana bread this morning, I can only agree. That reminds me, I have a vegan cupcakes recipe book! Wonder if there any sugar free options? :?: :?:
