5:2 Cookery Discussion, Tips & Ideas

I made a batch of soup on Monday, roasted butternut squash, some onion a glug of olive oil to roast the squash and some stock. I didn't weigh the prepared squash and now can't estimate the calories as all the calorie sites seem to be based on prepared weight.
So can anyone give me an idea of how much prepared flesh one average size supermarket squash yeilds?
I'm not sure Sian but check out Pammys Butternut squash soup just under this thread in the 'Similar topics ' section Can you see it? Pammys uses half a squash which she says is 600 grams , oil, onions etc and her recipe comes to 90 cals a portion. Good luck.
Thanks Juliana, that looks like a good estimate to work with
