Hey all! I had a wander around sainsburys and couldn't find any miso soup sachets, so I bought some be good cuppa soups ( tomato and basil, and also chicken noodle ) at 50 ishcals, and also a low fat super noodle sweet chilli packet at about 150 cals. I usually have only liquid until my evening meal ( oxo cube at lunch), so I was wondering if these things would just make
me hungry or if they may work as a lunch which still allows me 300/400 cals at dinner?
What I mean to ask is if anyone else has these as their staple :) x
