5:2 Cookery Discussion, Tips & Ideas

I don't often eat lunch on a fast day but yesterday I was really struggling and since I didn't take any food to work I had to resort to food court fare.

I chose the Sumo Salad red quinoa and garden vegie salad based on its calorie count - just 110 for a small tub - and was very pleasantly surprised. It was really tasty and very, very filling - I almost (almost!) didn't feel like eating dinner.

Just wanted to let you know in case you're in a similar situation, unexpectedly looking for low calorie food on a fast day. I'll definitely choose this again.
Ooh interesting. Sounds good even for a feast day :)
Sounds good but alas, Sumo salad hasn't made it to the western suburbs of Melbourne yet!
