I have been into Asda and they have Weight Watches mini series books £3.00 each or 2 for £5.00 . They are really good all calories counted , and recipes are really nice ,there is 16 in the series take a look they are good enough to eat even on the normal eating days from winter warmers , family favourites, easy italian and midweek meals to name a few . On second week of fasting and thought i would add an extra one in because of next week being half term , im really getting into this diet at the mo feel in the right frame of mind , lets just hope it stays the way and losing as thats when things go down hill as i have about 5 stone to lose

Hi ellyclive, im going into Asda this afternoon so will have a look. I have a very old WeightWatchers book, its the quick 30 min meals, have had it years and still use it.

I have found this diet very easy and it just seems easy to do and feel like i'm in the right frame of mind to. So lets hope, fingers crossed. I have about 2 stone to lose.

Wish I was in the uk to take advantage of this offer.
I have several ww cookbooks and love the recipes.
Last night for my 400 calorie fast day dinner I had chicken fried rice ww recipe.
It was very easy and filling.
The recipe was for 1 person and the calorie count was exactly 400.
Perfect!

Bought a couple of books from Asda the WeightWatcher's, Satisfying Suppers and One Pot Wonders. Cooked Thachet Beef Pie last night, it was lovely a bit of faffing about but was really delicous both hubby and son ate it and really liked it and was 394 cals, this was a non fast day.

They have loads of ideas also for fast days, which will help me keep it more exciting and so i don't get bored. Its really hard when you have a hubby that is really fussy, and ive to cook for my son as well, so dont want to cook two different meals so he has the same as us but i just add potatoes and extra veg.
