Useful recipe book to download
03 Mar 2013, 17:01
I initially posted this in the resources section but I think it would be better here - I'm a newcomer who doesn't know her way round the site yet!

I came across this US website that has some useful recipes in its "Keep the Beat" book - free to download. Quite a few are 250 calories or under (most serve four, so you need to adjust the ingredients as necessary). It's very US biased (fortunately I have a set of "cups" for measuring!) but I think there are some quite interesting recipes to try. I hope their calorie counts are accurate!

Hi, Thanks for this. I tried to download the book but the linkd don't seem to be working. I'll try again later.
They seem to have altered the web page completely since I downloaded the booklet! But from the link above, if you click on the title of the booklet "Deliciously Healthy Dinners", then on the page that comes up click on the picture of the recipe book under "Browse Recipes" it still downloads - for me, anyway!
I was able to download it with no problem - some good looking recipes in here. Thanks for the link, ontherazzle!
Several recipes books at the bottom of this page...
