Hi all, I started my blog a few weeks ago, but it has just moved to it's own site.

You will now find Focus on Flavour, 5:2 Healthy Eating for Life at http://www.focusonflavour.com

Each week I put up a meal plan for fast and normal days, plus I'm adding lots of yummy recipes and links to others.

I'm so enjoying all our days with this lifestyle and my husband and I are both doing great with it.
Great website, Belinda and the recipes look yummy - will definitely be using them. Thanks for posting.
Your recipes - and the blog itself! - look yummy. I'm stealing two for my menu plans next week - Teryaki salmon and the spinach/feta parcels. I've linked from my blog (fatdormouse.blogspot.com) to your blog...I hope you don't mind! I'm in South-East France...nice to meet a fellow Francophile!
Hi FD, thanks so much, I've got such a lot to learn about food blogging but everyone is so helpful. I'll get on over to yours today and link up. The Spanakopitta seem to be particularly popular! I was surprised at how few calories they added up to. You gotta love filo pastry.... :-)
