zero-low calorie flavored water

I love the bottled water you can buy at the store and is lightly flavored with fruit. I looked on the internet and found it is super easy to make at home.
Basically, get a mason jar(half gallon) or a pitcher and place some cut fruit into it. One could use frozen fruit or fresh, fill with water, muddle it a bit and let it infuse in the fridge.Use a small strainer when pouring into glass full of ice. Any combination is possible. I have made peach, mango and pineapple. Also, watermelon, mint and lime or lemon. My daughter has made a lime and cucumber that is very refreshing.
I do believe there are no to little calories as you are not eating the fruit. I have refilled the water up to 3 times, and keep the fruit no longer than 3 days. Enjoy!
Sounds delicious! I often do just ginger, but didn't think of other flavors. Thanks for the inspiration!
I've done it with cucumber and mint sprigs and its very refreshing with lots of ice.

The sugars will diffuse out of the fruit into the water, so you'll extract most of the calories and drink them.

If you use a lot of water relative to the quantity of fruit it won't be many calories though.
