Favorite Fast Day Smoothie

Not sure of the availability outside of the US...
1 EAS Carb Control Strawberry shake (100 cals, 17gr Protein, 2 gr Carb)
1 frozen sliced banana (90 cals)
handful of ice
pinch of xanthan gum (optional, adds bulk, prevent ice crystals)
optional sweeteners ( I use Sugar Free Strawberry Torani syrup - o cals, or a teaspoon of sugar free strawberry jam)
add to blender and blend
This makes a huge 500ml portion for 200 or so calories. Sometimes a little water is needed as it may be too thick.
It is delicious!
If no EAS shake is available, I sometimes will use unsweetened almond milk (1 cup @ 40 cals) and use frozen berries. For me the xanthan gum makes all the difference as I can't stand ice crystals in my smoothie.

Sounds good, I'll try it.

Here is mine

1 cup of fruit (mixed or otherwise) 70 cal
1 6 oz. vanilla flavored nonfat yogurt (artificially sweetened) 80 cal
4 oz V8 Fusion Light (any flavor) 25 cal

Total is 16 oz of real good stuff at under 200 cal.

Ok, well I will add mine here....

85g (1C) frozen chopped spinach or kale
140g (1C) frozen blueberries
1/2C liquid egg whites
1/2C ff cottage cheese
1T cocoa powder
1/2 small banana (frozen)
1C Coconut or Almond milk (unsweetened)
stevia to taste, and anthem gum doesn't hurt if you have it.

This is about 330 calories, 40g carb, 9g fiber, 5g fat, 30g protein

I drink this as my meal at around 5pm, it is extremely filling and holds with you for a good long while. It also satisfies a need for sweet and chocolate. For the rest of my calories I drink iced coffee and iced green tea, I use the coconut milk and heavy cream in those.

This works best in a Vitamix, but you can do it in a regular blender it just takes longer to get it smooth.
