Juicing on 5:2

Has anyone done juicing whilst on a fasting day? I thought I might try celery, cucumber and apple juice, topped up with water, instead of plain old h2O, for breakfast.

I know it sounds a bit odd, but it's really delicious, and replenishes electrolytes because of the salts in the celery.

Just eat the whole veg & fruit... with juicing you're missing out on all that important fibre.

Hmm that's true, sort of didn't fancy quarter of a cucumber, and 2 sticks of celery for breakfast though :) Much easier to drink it. But you're right, the bulk would be good. Ahh dilemmas!
