Has anyone done juicing whilst on a fasting day? I thought I might try celery, cucumber and apple juice, topped up with water, instead of plain old h2O, for breakfast.
I know it sounds a bit odd, but it's really delicious, and replenishes electrolytes because of the salts in the celery.
