Muesli Recipe

Hopefully someone can help me please? I've been trundling through my Fast Diet book trying to find a recipe for home made muesli, which I'm sure I'd previously seen but now can't find. I'm convinced it's in there somewhere, does anyone know where I might find it please?

Day 3 men's eating plan there is a recipe for simple muesli.

Thanks but there is a recipe for making your own Muesli somehwere I'm sure :confused: I'll keep looking!!!

There's one in the fast diet recipe book too. Did someone put a recipe on here somewhere? Good luck with your search.

Page 154 on the fast diet book has a simple muesli recipe at 298 calories, is that the one you are looking for?

Thank you guys, found it! It was the one in the recipe book - just a case of me looking in the wrong book.
