I just munched on 2 inches of fresh coconut on fast day not realisiing its like 150 calories. ooops.
anyway hunted some things under 50 calories i can snack on instead on fast dasys

I like to keep meringue nests in the cupboard incase I get a sweet tooth, only 50 cals :D
I have never yet frozen a banana, though I've seen it mentioned a few times. I must give it a go - sounds like it could be nice :)
Vimto ice lollys are good at 38cals each!
emma92 - your post about meringues brought back a comment made by a friend recently.

She was bringing some things round for lunch, and said that because I always eat healthily, she'd brought meringues because they were fat-free!

She is a very intelligent person, so I was surprised at the way she was thinking!

Fat seems to be the enemy, rather than sugar.
