One Minute Lunch

Break 60g egg into cup or glass, pierce yolk and cover in cling film.
Pierce cling film and microwave for 30 seconds.
Tip hot egg into Kingsmill Pocket and season with a little celery salt and pepper.
Apple for afters
200 calories.
Yum.

I've never thought of microwaving an egg!
