Tomatoes are just coming in season where I live here in the USA. One of my favorite summer meals is the Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich.
If I'm figuring right, I'm coming in at under 200 calories for my dinner!
2 slices Sara Lee Healthy Multi Gran bread = 90 calories
2 slices of Canadian Bacon = 30 calories
1 wedge of Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese = 35 calories
2 huge slices of a huge, juicy tomato = 25 calories
