1 50 gm grilled tuna steak = 70 cals
50 gms steamed brocolli = 20 cals
50 gms steamed green beans = 15 cals
15 mil (less prob!) H'mans light = 42 cals

total for supper = 147 cals

TOTAL FOR THE DAY 439 CALORIES..
How easy and YUMMY is that?? :D
Very yummy. For me its 1 weight watchers tomato soup for lunch 76 calories. For dinner it's 2 cod in butter sauce (102 calories each) with 150g of mixed vegetables (Ross brand) at around 70 calories. Total 350 calories in food. I always stay below 500 as I have about 3-4 cups of tea with a splash of skimmed milk so that will take my total calories up.
