Hello
I've been bad today, not on a fast day but i try to keep a handle on my intake on week days, but i was just tempted by a dark chocolate ginger cookie!!

So - anyone got any fab tips for a quick something that i can throw together for my dinner??

I'm popping to asda in about 45 mins so can grab any bits that i need

THANKS!!
I like to throw my veg on hand into a quick fritatta. Just sautee or roast up veg, add a couple eggs (or egg whites if you're really on a tight caloric budget), herbs/seasonings, maybe grate some parmesan on top. Yum! And filling.
A big bowl of greens, a small amount of lower calorie dressing and then maybe some carrots, cucumber, tomato and either a small amount of grilled chicken or a very small amount of cheese or croutons. That would be the most filling option for me in this heat!
Thanks, I went for a salad bowl with half an avocado and a small amount of feta and some dressing :)
Feel quite full!!!
There is a Greek dish called briam. It is baked courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers and various herbs (I use basil and thyme). If you use one medium aubergine, two courgettes, half an onion, one medium tomato, two garlic gloves, some tomato paste and half a pepper, you won't exceed 150 calories.
3 oz baked or grilled chicken and 1/2 c green beans
cup/can of almost any soup
cup/can of chili (Wendy's has about 225, I believe)
crunchy taco (Taco Bell 160ish calories)
2 egg veggie omelette (1 T finely shr cheese or a laughing cow cheese wedge )
side salad (have to be careful with dressing, cheese, bacon bits, etc.)
