I just had this for lunch (not on a fast day), but it would fit into a fast day for me quite easily, and is very filling. I just had it with baked beans for lunch, but think it would be nice with some salad and/or fresh tomatoes.
1 egg;
100g brown + white crab meat;
100g mashed potato (good for leftovers)
Mix together and fry slowly in a non stick pan. Easy.
MFP calculates it as: 312cals.
Must have it again some time.
