5:2 Diet Recipes

I had this one on a non-fast day last night. It was to die for. The carrot and orange vinaigrette is seriously not what you expect and is out of this world. Then I checked the nutrition information and was delighted that at 303 calories per serve you can easily fit it into a fast day (and still have spare calories for another reasonable meal or course). I certainly will be having it again.

Really yummy. Worth the effort.
By the way, because it was a non fast day I have to admit having 2 servings of the vinaigrette. It is so good. But on fast days I think I could just about manage with one!
Thanks for that TiareMaori!

looks delish, I love salmon me yum :-)
