Just published by Olive magazine. Looks pretty good and should be easy to halve for one person or double up for four. 238 cals per serving, although I think 1 tbs of oil is a lot - I'm down to a tsp these days when making a one-person 5:2 meal as it's plenty in a decent non-stick pan.
