As you can see, the ratatouille on its own comes to 430 calories for a lot of veg - I reckon this would serve 3 easily. This works out at 140 or so calories a serving - and, with a 100g micro-waved jacket potato and a serving of broccoli, would be a filling meal for less than 240 calories!
