Can I just recommend the above as a fantastic fast day meal. I've been making it for a while and was delighted to see it fits in with my fast routine. It's delicious and very filling. More like a stew than soup. Highly recommend!

thanks! im trying this one on Sunday night. Always like to know whats on the dinner menu ahead of time. The review on this recipe are magic.
